My Father’s World (MFW) is dedicated to inspiring academic excellence in an easy and life-transforming way by producing Bible-centric general education resources and curriculum for homeschools, private schools, MicroSchools, and more.

Located in Rolla, MO, My Father’s World is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team to provide consultations for our customers and families.

Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries regarding how to use our curriculum, helping potential customers make curriculum decisions, entering orders, and following up with assigned consultation call backs among other potential opportunities to serve.

To the qualified Customer Service Representative we offer:

  • $45,000-55,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience

Our ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills that will ensure healthy team function and successful servicing of our customers. Competency and proficiency with computers are essential for this position as well as ample previous experience with our curriculum. Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred. Our candidate should also be able to grow into greater responsibilities in the future.

Primary duties of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Receiving inbound calls.
  • Communicating with homeschool, private school, and MicroSchool customers regarding their needs.
  • Consulting existing customers in the use of their curriculum and providing relevant information regarding their orders.
  • Consulting with potential customers, closing sales, and entering orders.
  • Accurately and efficiently recording information in our databases.
  • Fielding and appropriately addressing customer complaints.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Alignment with our company’s passion and core values
  • Ability to be flexible, change directions, and act on priorities
  • Has the ability to identify the significance or lesser importance of tasks and adjust accordingly
  • Ability to work independently--meeting deadlines & keeping commitments
  • Prior customer service/sales experience.
  • Prior experience with the My Father’s World curriculum.
  • Competency and proficiency with computers, including aptitude for learning new technologies and platforms quickly.
